Digital Stories - Voices of Youth in Foster Care DVDIn collaboration with The Permanent Judicial Commission on Justice for Children, Cogent developed a DVD called HEAR ME! HEAR ME! HEAR ME! Voices of Youth in Foster Care Regarding Their Court Proceedings. This DVD use the voices and images of foster children to make a compelling argument to involve them in the judicial process that influences their lives.
