| Film, edit and produce a 20 minute video to promote six diverse examples of the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities' innovative OPTS initiative. By selecting geographically and demographically diverse programs, use the promotion to encourage participation by the agency's multiple stakeholders, including parents, family members, voluntary providers, local government representatives, state staff and self-advocates. Make the edited materials accessible to a wide audience by exporting them as videotape, DVD and streaming video. | |||

| Cogent used a flexible production process to produce a video/DVD package for OMRDD's Office of Public Affairs. The project involved a tight production schedule, traveling to six locations throughout New York State and combining non-intrusive filming techniques, hand-held cameras and on site locations with extensive interviews with key players. | |||
