Client Objective
Provide a recently founded independent school with an innovative and economically viable marketing tool to explain and promote the school's alternative educational philosophy. The goal was to create a presentation that reflected the unique child-centered quality of the school's learning environment as well as its self-paced yet rigorous academic program.
Profile
A design combining classic black and white photography with an organic looking user-friendly interface conveys the rigorous hands-on quality of this unique learning community. Consistent with the school's child-centered philosophy the presentation uses children to narrate the school's story.The main menu allows the user to browse sections covering the school's history, mission and program as well as giving factual information on the school's growth rate, demographics, tuition cost, scholarship program and a step by step explanation of the application process.
Interactive multimedia's ability to be incrementally updated gives projects such as this one an extensive shelf life far exceeding that of conventional print or video media.
