Client Objective
Create a one-stop resource for the development of comprehensive school wide, school improvement, Unitary and other strategic plans as well as operational plans for School Districts, Charter Schools, Nonprofits and Community-Based Organizations.
Profile
Working in conjunction with the JPS Solutions' team of experts on comprehensive planning, the plan-quest website was developed to provide a variety of tools to their clients. Besides the main purpose of the site which is an area for schools to fill out School-wide Plan Development forms are these other features:
  • A documentary repository for storage/retrieval of Operational Plans and other documents so that they can be shared among each school or school district administrators.
  • A resource area where links to important websites can be disseminated.
  • An agenda setter to set meeting agendas which can then be emailed to a list of participants. After the meeting is held, minutes of the meeting can be created and email to all the parties involved.
